We also require your feedback regarding your food choices for dinner and lunch. Please reply to this email by Saturday, June 8th. Your prompt response will help us make the necessary arrangements.

Please let us know your preference for either meat, fish or vegetarian.

2. Lunch on Saturday at our mid-journey stop
Now, let's talk about the food options we have for you. Please review the menu below and let us know your preferred main course:

3. Dinner on Saturday at the hotel
Please let us know your choice of either meat, fish or vegetarian.

4. The roadbook
We will provide a paper roadbook for the event at the hotel, which is a convenient document when used in combination with a trip meter, whether installed on the car or your phone. In the coming week, we will also share downloadable GPX files and links to shared routes on Google Maps. A GPX file, or GPS Exchange Format file, is simply a text file with geographic information such as waypoints, tracks, and routes, which makes it very easy to follow a predefined route. It sure makes the driving more about the driving and less about navigating. More details on how to use this in combination with your smartphone will be in a following email.

5. Parking space for your classic car
From Friday until Sunday, your classic vehicle will be allocated one secured parking space underneath the hotel.
The hotel reception will provide you with clear instructions upon your arrival.

6. Parking space for your trailer
If you're trailering your car to Durbach, you can park the trailer for free in a communal parking area 500 meters from the hotel. Set your GPS to Festplatz, Grol 20, 77770 Durbach, Germany.
